Founders’ Day Retreats

A Full-Day Immersion (10:00 - 17:00)

Our Founders’ Retreat Day is a dedicated space to step out of the rush and into the rhythm of the Bluberri Patch. This is a full-day journey designed to ground your spirit and nourish your soul from start to finish. We believe that true blooming happens when we allow ourselves the time to simply be.

The Journey of the Day:

• The Opening Stillness: We begin our day at 10:00 am in total relaxation with a morning soundbath. By starting here, we ensure your nervous system is settled and your mind is quiet before the day unfolds.

• Restorative Movement: A gentle Yoga or Pilates session focused on stretching and softening, allowing your body to find its natural, comfortable flow.

• The Midday Stretch: A short, contemplative walk to breathe in the fresh air and feel the earth beneath your feet. - should these be the other way around so lisa can put equipment in her car after soundbath?

• The Nourished Table: A wholesome, delicious lunch shared with your fellow Bluberri’s - a time for connection and nourishment.

• The Creative Bloom: Candle Making Workshop: We conclude our day by crafting something beautiful. In this hands-on workshop, you will create your own hand-poured candle to take home. A glowing reminder of the stillness and peace you found in the ‘Patch’

By 5:00 pm you will leave feeling lighter, rooted, and ready to carry your glow back into the world.
