Our monthly community meet-ups in nature

If you are curious about our community but aren't sure where to begin, our monthly Bluberri Walks are the perfect first step. These walks are open to everyone, members and non-members alike. They offer the chance to 'test the soil' in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. It's a time to meet like-minded people, breathe in the fresh air, and experience our soft and steady pace first hand. Whether you come alone or bring someone with you, you'll find a warm welcome waiting for you here.

Once a month, we step outside together - no agenda, no rush, just fresh air, good company, and the quiet joy of moving at a gentle pace. It's a chance to connect in person, breathe a little deeper, and be reminded that stillness doesn't always mean sitting still.

Our Upcoming Walk

Date and Time: Saturday 12th September, 08:30 - 11:00 am

Meeting Point: Koko’s Espresso at Milford Hall Cricket Club, ST17 0UL

Investment: Free for all to attend. Bring someone who needs a little stillness in their life too.

What to Expect

This isn't about speed or fitness. It's a walk designed to clear the mind and reconnect you with the world around you, and with each other. There's no pressure to keep up, no destination to rush toward, just permission to move at whatever pace feels right for you.

Once we head out onto the trail, there will be plenty of space for quiet reflection or warm conversation with like-minded people. We'll finish our walk back at Koko's Espresso, our meeting place - a proper family affair, run by my son from his converted specialty coffee trailer. It's the perfect spot for a mindful moment before heading into your day, or staying on for a coffee, a coffee alternative, or a breakfast treat, if you'd like to linger a little longer.

The Soft & Steady Essentials

To make sure you feel comfortable and at ease, we recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable layers: Something that keeps you cosy and protected, whatever the weather.

  • Sturdy shoes: Anything you feel steady in on natural paths.

  • A water bottle: To keep you refreshed along the way.

  • An open heart: No expectations, no pressure, just you, exactly as you are.
